I was there, early in the morning. Ready for Showtime.

The customer expected  a new system running, but I had to do general checks first. Normally, I have my checklist, but this time I forgot things and overlooked details.

A two-hours presentation became almost two-days of striving for a new implementation. Every step in the process was a red flag and another error to investigate.

 

The final result? A new system running and a customer with a happy face.

But personally, I had a team committed to help me on finding solutions regardless the reasons.

 

I needed that mistake. To realize who is with me in a difficult situation,  and to appreciate the support of  the people I work with, every day.
